• Participants with physical discomfort are not recommended to join this trip. Travelers should be in good health.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• All participants are required to provide their passport name, passport number, validity period, and country/region.
• A valid passport must be presented on the day of the trip.
• Please check the weather forecast before departure and prepare suitable clothing and equipment, such as comfortable sports shoes and an umbrella.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

• If a guest is unable to travel due to unforeseen and uncontrollable special reasons (such as death, pregnancy, bone fracture, hospitalization, natural disasters, etc.), they may submit a cancellation request within one week and provide complete supporting documents. We will do our best to assist the guest in coordinating the itinerary cancellation.
• In case of losses caused by cancellation, after verifying the original copies of the relevant supporting documents, we will communicate with relevant parties involved in the travel itinerary, including scenic spots, bus companies, hotels, railway stations, airlines, etc. We will strive to minimize the loss for you in accordance with the refund, modification and cancellation policies of each relevant party.
• We have no control over the refund, modification and cancellation policies of the various parties involved in the itinerary. However, we will make every effort to communicate with all parties, inform you of the final result, and refund the confirmed amount.
