• You will receive a confirmation upon booking.
• Travelers with back discomfort are not recommended to participate.
• Travelers are expected to be in normal physical condition.
• Children must be accompanied by adults.
• Baby meals are not included.
• All participants are required to provide the passport name, number, expiration date and country/region at the time of booking.
• A valid passport must be presented on the day of the tour.
• Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
• This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will be able to participate.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

If guests are unable to travel due to unforeseeable and uncontrollable special physical reasons (such as death, pregnancy, fracture, hospitalization, etc.), they can submit a cancellation application and provide complete supporting documents within one week. We will make every effort to assist guests in coordinating the itinerary cancellation. In case of cancellation losses, compensation will be provided to guests after verifying the original copies of relevant certification documents.
