We provide a convenient one-way transfer service with a variety of vehicle models for you to choose from, meeting your diverse travel needs.

Choose a Vehicle as Needed for a Comfortable Trip

  • 7-seater van: Accommodates 1-6 people (including children and infants) .
  • 7-seater van: Able to hold about 4 pieces of 20-inch or 24-inch luggage. It is served by Buick GL8 or equivalent models, which can easily meet the needs of both family trips and small business teams.
  • This price is for the entire vehicle, with a flat rate for 1 to 4 passengers (infants and children are all included in the 4-passenger limit). More than 4 passengers will be considered overloading, which is prohibited from driving on the road. Please be sure to verify the number of passengers in advance to avoid disrupting your trip.
  • If you need to book two or more vehicles, you are required to place separate orders based on the number of vehicles (one order corresponds to only one vehicle). Combining multiple vehicles into a single order is not supported at this time.

Ordering Instructions

When placing an order, simply select 1 adult from the menu and fill in the information as required for submission. Please be sure to provide the following details in the “Additional Information” section:

  • For Airport Pick-up: Name of the arrival airport, flight number, name of the destination hotel, and the hotel’s main phone number.
  • For Airport Drop-off: Name of the accommodation hotel, the hotel’s main phone number and room number, name of the departure airport, flight number, and departure time.

We need you to provide the specific name of your arrival airport or railway station, as well as your specific flight number or train number. You can confirm this with us via email (help@dumetravel.com) or WhatsApp (+17331679155).

If you have excessive luggage, please inform us. We will arrange a suitable vehicle for you and provide a quotation.

During the trip, we will try our best to arrange drivers who can speak basic English, but we cannot guarantee that we will definitely assign a driver who speaks English. If communication is needed during the trip, you can use our customer service staff or mobile translation apps.

 

  • You will receive a confirmation message upon successful booking.
  • Participants with physical discomfort are not recommended to join this trip. Travelers should be in good health.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • All participants are required to provide their passport name, passport number, validity period, and country/region.
  • A valid passport must be presented on the day of the trip.
  • Please check the weather forecast before departure and prepare suitable clothing and equipment, such as comfortable sports shoes and an umbrella.

 

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

 

  • If a guest is unable to travel due to unforeseen and uncontrollable special reasons (such as death, pregnancy, bone fracture, hospitalization, natural disasters, etc.), they may submit a cancellation request within one week and provide complete supporting documents. We will do our best to assist the guest in coordinating the itinerary cancellation.
  • In case of losses caused by cancellation, after verifying the original copies of the relevant supporting documents, we will communicate with relevant parties involved in the travel itinerary, including scenic spots, bus companies, hotels, railway stations, airlines, etc. We will strive to minimize the loss for you in accordance with the refund, modification and cancellation policies of each relevant party.
  • We have no control over the refund, modification and cancellation policies of the various parties involved in the itinerary. However, we will make every effort to communicate with all parties, inform you of the final result, and refund the confirmed amount.
