We offer a convenient one‑way private transfer from either Chengdu Tianfu Airport (TFU) or Shuangliu Airport (CTU) to any hotel in downtown Chengdu. Choose from a range of vehicles (5‑ to 13‑seater) to suit your group size and luggage needs. All rates are per vehicle, all‑inclusive, with no hidden fees. Simply provide your flight and hotel details when booking – we’ll arrange a professional driver to meet you on time.

Select the vehicle that best fits your group (same options available for both airports):

5‑Seater Sedan (Passat or similar) – Fits 1–4 persons (incl. children & infants). Holds about 2 pieces of 20‑24″ luggage. Ideal for small families or friends.
7‑Seater MPV (Buick GL8 or similar) – Fits 1–6 persons. Holds about 4 pieces of 24″ luggage. Spacious for family trips or small business teams.
9‑Seater Van (or similar) – Fits 1–8 persons. Holds about 5 pieces of 24″ luggage. Great for medium‑sized groups.
13‑Seater Van (or similar) – Fits 1–12 persons. Holds about 6 pieces of 24″ luggage. Excellent for larger groups with comfortable seating and ample luggage space.

Important notes for all vehicles:

Price is per vehicle – a flat rate for the full passenger capacity (e.g., 1–4 pax for 5‑seater, 1–6 for 7‑seater, etc.). Infants and children are counted in the total. Overloading is illegal and strictly prohibited – please double‑check your group size before booking.
For 2 or more vehicles, please place separate orders (one order = one vehicle). Combining multiple vehicles in one order is not supported.

When booking, simply select “1 adult” in the passenger menu and fill in the required fields. Please provide the following details in the “Additional Information” box:

For Airport Pick‑up (Airport → Hotel): Choose either Tianfu (TFU) or Shuangliu (CTU), provide flight number, destination hotel name and phone number.
For Airport Drop‑off (Hotel → Airport): Hotel name, phone number & room number, chosen airport, flight number, and departure time.

Special Notice

We need you to provide the specific airport name (Tianfu or Shuangliu) and flight number. You may confirm these via email (help@dumetravel.com) or WhatsApp (+86 173 3167 9155). If you have excessive luggage, please inform us – we will arrange a suitable vehicle and provide a quotation.

During the trip, we will try our best to arrange drivers with basic English skills, but cannot guarantee this in every case. If communication is needed, you may contact our customer service or use a translation app.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time for a full refund.
Cancel less than 24 hours before – no refund.
Changes made less than 24 hours before will not be accepted.
Cut‑off times are based on the local time of the experience.

You will receive a confirmation upon booking.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
All participants are required to provide passport name, number, expiry date, and country/region at the time of booking.

If you are unable to travel due to unforeseen and uncontrollable special reasons (e.g. death, pregnancy, bone fracture, hospitalisation, natural disasters, etc.), you may submit a cancellation request within one week along with complete supporting documents. We will do our best to assist with coordinating the cancellation.
For any losses incurred, after verifying the original supporting documents, we will communicate with all relevant parties (scenic spots, coach companies, hotels, railways, airlines, etc.) and strive to minimise your loss in accordance with their respective refund, modification, and cancellation policies.
While we have no control over these third‑party policies, we will make every effort to liaise on your behalf, inform you of the final outcome, and refund any confirmed amount.
